The North Ridge

The main objective of our trip to Switzerland (apart from beer) was the awesome north ridge of the Piz Bedile. It was a momentous climb and took us 26 hours. There was a moment when it was about to get dark where we all went a bit crazy, but once night had set in we just slowed down, did everything very carefully and continued our descent. We got to the bottom just before sun up, feeling delirious and tired.
