Doxology

I am flying out to Houston early tomorrow to join the Doxology party. It has been a bit stressful here these last couple of weeks, so it will be great to do something completely different.

Doxology is an exhibition built around Rob Peppers artwork on the life of Christ, but it is more than just an art exhibition. It weaves the journeys of those of us involved in struggling to balance of our associations of spiritual things with experience - to move beyond reported truth towards reality. We come from varied traditions and backgrounds, but for all of us the figure of Jesus has become an inspiriation and a guide. We hope to involve others in this journey through the exhibition.

I have been writing on the piece above, and thinking about the crucifixion. I am very privileged.
